1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and RefriHalo. By visiting the store, creating an account, submitting information or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the store.

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence and have legal authority to enter into this agreement and make the purchase.

3. Store use and prohibited conduct

You may use the store only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Provide false identity, certification, payment, billing or delivery information.
• Purchase for an unauthorized person or evade a sales, export, carrier or destination restriction.
• Interfere with store security, introduce malicious code, scrape the store unlawfully or attempt unauthorized access.
• Use products in violation of environmental, safety, licensing or transportation requirements.
• Infringe RefriHalo's or another person's intellectual-property or privacy rights.

4. Product information, pricing and availability

We work to present accurate product descriptions, cylinder weights, compatibility information, images and prices. Packaging, shade, markings or other non-material details may vary. Screen colors are not guaranteed to be exact.

Prices and availability may change without notice before an order is accepted. We may correct typographical, pricing or product-information errors and may cancel an affected order and issue a refund. Product compatibility must be confirmed from the equipment manufacturer or qualified technician; store content is not a substitute for professional technical advice.

5. Order acceptance and payment

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your request; it does not guarantee acceptance. Acceptance may depend on payment authorization, inventory, purchaser verification, fraud screening and compliant delivery availability. We may reject, limit or cancel an order for legitimate legal, safety, inventory, pricing or fraud-prevention reasons.

You authorize the payment method for the total shown at checkout, including applicable tax and any optional charge. If we cancel a paid order, we will submit the appropriate refund to the original payment method.

6. Shipping, returns and privacy

Our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy form part of these Terms. Delivery dates are estimates and regulated products may be subject to carrier or destination restrictions.

7. Safe product use and storage

You are responsible for selecting the correct refrigerant and ensuring that purchase, possession, transportation, storage, installation, recovery and disposal comply with product instructions and all applicable laws. Do not mix refrigerants or use a product in an incompatible system.

Follow the cylinder label, safety data sheet, equipment-manufacturer requirements and instructions from trained professionals. RefriHalo is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, unauthorized installation, improper storage, modification, mixing, refilling or handling contrary to law or instructions.

8. Intellectual property

The store design, RefriHalo name and branding, text, graphics, icons, product presentation and other original content are owned by or licensed to RefriHalo and protected by applicable law. You may use the store for personal or internal business purchasing purposes only. No content may be copied, republished, sold or exploited without written permission, except where law permits.

9. Third-party services

The store may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, carriers and external websites. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. RefriHalo is not responsible for a third party's independent content, availability or conduct, except to the extent required by law.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE STORE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” REFRIHALO DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, EXCEPT FOR WARRANTIES THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED.

This section does not limit any express product warranty or non-waivable consumer protection.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REFRIHALO AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, SERVICE PROVIDERS AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM STORE USE OR A PRODUCT.

WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, REFRIHALO'S TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, EXCEPT WHERE APPLICABLE LAW REQUIRES A DIFFERENT REMEDY.

12. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless RefriHalo from third-party claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful store use, false purchaser documentation, violation of these Terms, or unsafe or unauthorized product handling.

13. Governing rules and disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the United States and the laws applicable to RefriHalo's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. Before filing a claim, please contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally. Nothing here removes a right that cannot legally be waived.

14. Changes, severability and entire agreement

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new date. Changes apply prospectively unless law permits otherwise. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. These Terms and incorporated policies constitute the agreement concerning store use and orders, except for any separate written agreement signed by RefriHalo.
